1. Services

VoltPro Electric ("we", "us") provides residential electrical services, including diagnosis, repairs, panel upgrades, wiring, lighting installation, ceiling fans, and EV charger installation. All services are subject to technician availability and service-area coverage. Same-day service is offered when scheduling permits and is not guaranteed for every request.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are provided after on-site diagnosis and are approved by the customer before any work begins. Prices may vary based on the scope of work, materials, permit requirements, and site conditions. Any changes discovered during the work will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Permits & Code Compliance

All work is performed in accordance with applicable electrical codes. Where permits or inspections are required, we will advise the customer, and any associated fees will be included in the approved quote.

4. Warranty

Our workmanship is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of service. Fixtures, devices, and materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges from the utility, unauthorized modifications, pre-existing wiring faults outside the repaired area, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims require proof of the original service.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made at the door may be subject to a call-out fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe access to the work area, including the electrical panel, and to disclose any known issues, prior repair attempts, or unpermitted modifications. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or hazards concealed at the time of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including power outages, equipment damage from utility faults, loss of use, or lost income.

8. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to schedule and complete your service (such as your name, phone number, and address). This information is used solely to provide the requested service and is handled with reasonable care and security.
